Jake Conley, reporting for Yahoo Finance:
If the deal closes, Zaslav will receive $517.2 million in equity
that would trigger if and when the sale goes through, along with
roughly $34.2 million in cash and $44.2 million in benefits tied
to the value of health coverage reimbursement. The Warner Bros.
CEO will also get roughly $335.4 million in tax reimbursements. **Just before the end of February, Warner Bros. agreed to a full
acquisition by Paramount Skydance at $31 per share in a deal
valued at about $110 billion.
“Hayden”, on Twitter/X:
The man redesigned the HBO logo five times, the company lost 50%
of its value, and he made $887 million. We might be looking at the
greatest businessman to ever exist.
